The role of the President of Delta Phi Omega Sorority, Inc at USF is to be a leader amongst many other leaders in her organization. She must work hard to make sure things run smoothly within the sisterhood and each person is doing their job. She is formerly in charge of conducting chapter meetings and keeping relations with other Greek and non Greek organizations. The president has the responsibility to stay unbiased at all times but is allowed to state her opinion based on her experience and knowledge. If the chapter is unsure of a decision then the president has the ultimate say.

Sisterhood Chairdpo.explicit@gmail.com
Serving as sisterhood chair allows me to work to build one of the most important pillars our sorority upholds, sisterhood. Sisterhood is the basis of what we live by. As sisterhood chair, I created an open environment for sisters to bond and develop a relationship with one another. Sisterhood chair position is like the mediator intervening in all issues that arise amongst sisters. As sisterhood chair, I have plan sisterhood events including sisterhood retreat workshop, leadership building, anniversaries, and other activities. Character and trustworthiness build our sisterhood.

Social Chairdpo.freesia@gmail.com
One of the reasons why the University of South Florida is known to be one of the most diverse campus' across the nation is because of all the different Greek-lettered organizations. Delta Phi Omega has been on the USF Campus now for over 5 years. And in those 5 years we have built long lasting relationships with members of other Greek-lettered organizations not only in our council, the Unified Greek Council, but also the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Panhellenic Council and the Interfraternity Council. It is my job as Social Chair, to set up socials between these organizations. In past years we have had the opportunity to have socials that involve such activities as game nights, bowling, and paint balling! Another responsibility for the Social Chair is to ensure dates, times and locations for parties and events that we as an organization host. Social Chair works hand in hand with the public relations chair to make sure that Greek Life, the student body, and the community is aware of our efforts.

Fundraising Chairdpo.cascade@gmail.com
I am the Fundraising Chair for the Fall 2010 semester. Delta Phi Omega is a not profit, Social and Service organization. Fundraising is essential to the success of this organization. In order to meet the demands throwing events and donating towards our philanthropy, the sisters fundraise as often as possible. Some of the methods that we find the most successful, are numerous carwashes, and working in venues such as St. Pete Times Forum. As fundraising chair, it is my duty to organize these events. This includes, finding new fundraising opportunities, contacting the venues, and making sure all fundraising events go according to plan. I also keep my sisters updated on new opportunities, and set dates for them to work.
